Stephen Peart saw his first movie at the age of four. It captivated his imagination and dictated the way he dealt with life and plotted his pathway to a media career.  As a teenager, he was infatuated by Swedish leading lady, Ingrid Bergman, after seeing her film, "The Inn of the Sixth Happiness". She influenced the way he saw females; preferring the strong and passionate; those exuding a strength of innocence.   His grandchildren prompted this visionary narration.
They asked what true romance was like in 'the dinosaur age' of his youth, before the incursion of gender neutrality, having married a girl like Ingrid after meeting her in a cinema!   This is one man's gratifying jaunt through life with famous names and smidgens of history scattered along the way.  The story indulges the romantic, is often explicit, occasionally irreverent and sometimes it will seem inconceivable.   During forty three years in broadcast television Stephen encountered a few celebrities.  He cherished a professional meeting with the actress Joan Collins, only to be dejected by the grandchildren's response:  "Who on earth was Joan Collins?"
